Trevor and I have been hard at work writing material – and getting a really great groove down! Two songs were selected from the batch we wrote over the past couple months to appear on our demo. The 3rd track will be a cover. No, it will not be an In Flames cover. There are 3 or 4 choices that seem to be working well.
APOLLO JUSTICE IS STILL LOOKING FOR BAND MEMBERS
We’re still only a two piece act…and neither of us are going to sing. For the purposes of the demo, I’m handling the bass and drum (programming) responsibilities.
Episode 666, by In Flames
The song is available for play on the “Listening Station” on the right-hand column
How awesome is this!?!
I had ridiculous fun recording this one!
It sounds GREAT!
The best heavy metal song in the whole fucking world
There’s a special twist to this one – this features the harmonies of Mike, Mumblefood, backing me on the solo.
i opted to have him play this because he likes this (studio) version much better. Currently, we commonly hear an altered version of the harmony for live.
I’m dedicating this to my old friend Wendy…

Bullet Ride, by In Flames
Good Morning Kids!
Bullet Ride is complete. It’s still far from perfect.
Certainly though, immeasurably better than my “Play Bullet Ride Live!” contest entry. Good lord that was horrible.
Most was learned from Metalkult produced lesson videos…except the solo, which i did by ear. Simply because I couldn’t figure out what was being played between Metalkult’s videos, or Da Schehf’s version (too much camera switching)
If someone who knows how it’s played has a few moments, I’d really appreciate a tab for it. (Bjorn + Jesper)
First I record the music, then I film the video.
Yes, it was filmed in my living room.
Lovely Christmas decorations too yet…
The intro is “Alias” by In Flames, recorded by me as well.
Guitar 1 & 2 used in recording: Aria ‘Les Paul’ PE-STD
